How do I join FlyBuys?
You can apply online at the  FlyBuys website, or you can
collect an application form from most Coles group stores. Membership is
subject to the Terms and Conditions of the FlyBuys Program.
If you're already a FlyBuys member, you don't need to re-join.

Do I need to be a member of FlyBuys to apply for a Coles Group Source MasterCard?
You do not need to be a member of FlyBuys to apply, however you need to be a FlyBuys member and register your FlyBuys membership number to earn points. If you're not yet a member of FlyBuys, you can join FlyBuys and register your FlyBuys membership details later. Contact 1300 360 888 to register your FlyBuys membership number.

Do I have to be a member of FlyBuys to earn FlyBuys points on my Coles Group Source MasterCard?
Yes. You need to be a FlyBuys member and link your FlyBuys membership number to earn FlyBuys points on your Coles Group Source MasterCard.

How do I receive FlyBuys points?
To receive FlyBuys points, all you need to do is register your FlyBuys number with us. Then present your FlyBuys card when you make an eligible purchase using your Coles Group Source MasterCard to earn more FlyBuys points. Contact us on 1300 360 888 to register your FlyBuys membership number.

Do I have to tell you my FlyBuys number to earn more FlyBuys points?
Yes. You must register/link your FlyBuys number before you can earn more FlyBuys points*. Contact us on 1300 360 888 to register/link your FlyBuys membership number.
To earn more FlyBuys points, simply show your FlyBuys card and pay with your Coles Group Source MasterCard when making eligible purchases at Coles group stores**.
We will issue points to you for all eligible transactions posted to your account in the calendar month in which you provide us with your FlyBuys membership number.
*Subject to processing times to connect your FlyBuys number to your Coles Group Source MasterCard account.

Do I still need to use my FlyBuys card at Coles group stores?
To earn more FlyBuys points, you will need to present your FlyBuys card when you make an eligible purchase at participating Coles group stores with your Coles Group Source MasterCard*. If you make an eligible purchase at Coles group stores and pay with your Coles Group Source MasterCard but do not also present your FlyBuys card, you will **Earn 1 FlyBuys point for every $1 you spend.

What are eligible purchases?
You can earn points by using your Coles Group Source MasterCard at participating Coles group stores for all transactions except for the following:
- cash advances;
- purchases of foreign currency, traveller's cheques, convenience cheques, casino gambling chips or telegraphic transfers;
- credit fees or charges payable in connection with your account;
- interest charges payable in connection with your account;
- government fees and charges;
- disputed transactions;
- transactions that we decide are for business purposes; and
- credits, refunds; and reimbursements or balance transfers into your account.

How often will I receive a statement of my Coles Group Source MasterCard points?
Your Coles Group Source MasterCard statement of account is issued each month and will include your FlyBuys points activity. You can also view your points activity in the Online Service Centre.

Can my additional cardholders also earn FlyBuys points?
Yes, eligible purchases made by an additional Coles Group Source MasterCard cardholder will also earn FlyBuys points for the primary cardholder.

Is there a limit on the number of FlyBuys points I can collect on my Coles Group Source MasterCard?
You can collect up to 80,000 FlyBuys points in a calendar year. Thereafter, you will earn 1 point for every $5 of eligible purchases for the remainder of the year. Find out more information about FlyBuys.

Do FlyBuys points earned on my Coles Group Source MasterCard account expire?
Points will accrue from the date that you register your FlyBuys membership number. We will transfer your points to the FlyBuys program on a periodic basis or when you request a transfer in accordance with the Coles Group Source MasterCard Loyalty Terms and Conditions.
