Having trouble accessing the Online Service Centre? See the answers to some commonly asked questions below.
How many incorrect attempts can I make while logging into the Online Service Centre before being locked out?
- If you attempt to log in with incorrect details, you have three attempts before your online account is suspended for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you'll be able to attempt to log in again.
- If you can't remember your username or password, you can recover them at Forgotten Username or Forgotten Password from the Login page.
- If you continue to enter your details incorrectly, your online account will be locked and you'll need to call us - click on Contact Us for details.

What can I do if my account is suspended?
- You'll need to wait until the suspension period is over (5 minutes) before attempting to log in again.
- If you can't remember your username or password, you can recover them at Forgotten Username or Forgotten Password from the Login page.

What can I do if my account is locked?
- To have your account unlocked, you'll need to call us - click on Contact Us for details.

How do I change my password?
- Once logged in, you can change your password at Online Security, located under Manage My Details.

What if I can't retrieve my password using 'Forgotten Password'?
- Make sure you've entered your details in the correct format.
- If you're trying to retrieve your password using information from your statement, make sure it's your most recent.
- If you have more than one type of credit card, check it's the correct product you're trying to reset.
- If you're still unable to retrieve your password, simply call us for assistance - click on Contact Us for details.
- If you haven't logged in before and don't have an online account, simply register online today - click on Register to begin. Make sure you have your card and a copy of your latest statement on hand.
